Have great business idea need capital. Seeking business investor or partner.

Right now we are looking at land to buy and build on. We are looking at a March 1st closing date. We will be expanding our services with this purchase.

I own my small business and am currently looking to add a partner to my business. My small business adviser recommended I have the land owner as a partner. I will be building 2 homes on the land. CCR and FBO are Federal sites to land contracts and grants.

Great business Opportunity. Need investor or Partner. Registered with CCR and FBO. Have great business idea need capital. Seeking business investor or partner. I've registered with CCR and FBO. BLM has also offered me horses. Small Business Adviser suggested a partner. Land has been selected. This is not a gimmick or sales call. A viable business plan is in effect and working for Wildcatter Ranch in Texas.

Objectives:Show Patriotism sponsoring events working with wounded military vets.Breed horses, show them, sell them. Sell tack and accessories. Sell online products. Pet Sit/House Sit. Provide Security.Trail Rides,Boarding, B&B guests. Attend shows and other events. Work with the neighboring towns/community. Put them to work. It's a Win/Win situation.

Wildcat’s Sanctuary and Ranch will be a business entity which applies 21st
century technology and business practices to an ageless business
environment. Live business experimentation over the last 12 months has identified
that this modern approach to a traditional business yields a substantial
competitive edge and extraordinary customer appeal. The overall concept,
once fully operational, will be highly successful, able to sustain a
profitable company with the potential to expand exponentially.

What do you say to buying property together with a home on it and running the ranch business together? We could have a home for B&B and a small 2 br located on property. Wildcatter Ranch in TX is the model I did my business plan after. Completely successful. Florida has too many competition. Supply and Demand equation just doesn't work well here. But I've been researching other areas. It was narrowed to Seattle, WA and Virginia Beach, VA.

BLM will supply me with mustangs yearly to break and train. . Other horses could be picked up through auctions and sales from other ranches. Cost $50 to$2000 per horse depending on where acquired.

I think the only way we can do this would be to pool our resources and be equal partners. We all have different experiences and knowledge to bring to this partnership. We can be real competition to Wildcatter, except even better, there is NO COMPETITION in the areas researched. Easy access for Military personnel and Gov workers to relax. Put locals to work and improve economics in our own town.
