A young military brother or sister needs you. Combat wounds are still receding, limbs need replacing, a shocked mind needs gentling; spouses and children are confused and un-allayed…and yet…maintaining their strong will to survive & thrive, a Soldier, Airman, Sailor or Marine needs YOU!

Two hundred and thirty-five years ago, patriotic men and women declared victory for self-determination and governance in a New Nation, declaring, “All men are created equal”. One hundred and forty-six years ago, the muttered rattle of musketry dimmed and cannonade roars ceased as that New Nation stood aghast, pondering former conflicts. Thirty-seven years ago, a national outcry stoked fury and discord throughout this New Nation against men and women in arms returning to their homes from lands far
away; once again our national treasure returned home. Many were not heralded or scorned; worse, they were forgotten and ignored. To this very day, our wounded in body and spirit remain our National Treasure.

According to a recent article published in the Psychiatric Times, grooming and riding horses fosters recovery from mental illness. Benefits of Equine Therapy Animal-assisted therapy published in the Journal of the American Medical Association have shown evidenced-based efficacy in patients, including combat veterans, with PTSD, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, conduct disorders, dissociative disorders and other chronic mental illnesses. Confidence, Communication, Trust and Perspective. We will lower Suicide and Divorce rates; reduce Anxiety, decrease Isolation, and much more!

We are opening up Military Veteran ~ Rehab, Relaxation & Skills Training Dude Ranches around the country where you can foster solace, recovery and camaraderie to an individual Soldier, Airman, Sailor or Marine.

Please remember your own service and sacrifice; your own wounds and terrors. Your commitment and steadfastness against incredible odds earned our respect; they deserve no less. Our heartfelt gratitude to all and to those who lend a much-needed hand, our most honored Salute!
