Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

It is our deepest sincerest wish that those serving remember we love you and appreciate you and to their families we thank you for loving them enough and for providing steadfast support. For those retired from service we will always remember your dedication and spirit. You are in our thoughts and prayers, especially those families who are apart because of deployments or other service requirements during this holiday season. We are grateful to all our troops and military families for their steadfast service. The holiday season can be a time of joy, happiness and family get-togethers.

Let us not forget all that our government agents do on our behalf missing their loved ones this time of year. The holiday season can be a time of joy, happiness and family get-togethers. But for some, it is a time of loneliness and anxiety. I'm always available if you need a friend to talk to.

Therapy vs drugs

We use animals not pills! We use nature not drugs!!

PILLS!!!!- I destroy homes, tear families apart, take your children, and that's just the start. I'm more costly than diamonds, more costly than gold, the sorrow I bring is a sight to behold, and if u need me, remember I'm easily found. I live all around you, in schools and in town. I live with the rich, I live with the poor, I live down the street, and maybe next door. My power is awesome; try me .................................you'll see, but if you do, you may never break free. Just try me once and I might let you go, but try me twice, and I'll own your soul. When I possess you, you'll steal and you'll lie. You do what you have to just to get high. The crimes you'll commit, for my narcotic charms will be worth the pleasure you'll feel in your arms. You'll lie to your mother; you'll steal from your dad When you see their tears, you should feel sad. But you'll forget your morals and how you were raised, I'll be your conscience, I'll teach you my ways. I take kids from parents, and parents from kids, I turn people from god, and separate from friends. I'll take everything from you, your looks and your pride, I'll be with you always, right by your side. You'll give up everything your family, your home, your friends, your money, then you'll be alone. I'll take and take, till you have nothing more to give. When I'm finished with you you'll be lucky to live. If you try me be warned this is no game. If given the chance, I'll drive you insane. I'll ravish your body; I'll control your mind. I'll own you completely; your soul will be mine. The nightmares I'll give you while lying in bed, the voices you'll hear from inside your head, the sweats, the shakes, the visions you'll see; I want you to know, these are all gifts from me, But then it's too late, and you'll know in your heart, that you are mine, and we shall not part. You'll regret that you tried me, they always do, but you came to me, not I to you. You knew this would happen. Many times you were told, but you challenged my power, and chose to be bold. You could have said no, and just walked away, If you could live that day over, now what would you say? I'll be your master; you will be my slave, I'll even go with you, when you go to your grave. Now that you have met me , what will you do? Will you try me or not? Its all up to you. I can bring you more misery than words can tell. Come take my hand, let me lead you to hell!

1st comes cigarettes, then comes Marijuana, then comes Cocaine, crack, heroin, and more. A lucky few die their first time trying drugs. Their heart just explodes. A family member is often shocked and inconsolable.

Nationally Fundraising

Subject: Nationally Fundraising

My Friends,

I own a non profit helping Veterans and their families. We have several Joint Venture Partners who are Veteran owned and operated. We are looking to raise funds to purchase 12,000 acre ranch to have veterans live and work. We are asking VFW, American Legions and more to sponsor us and help us raise funds.

Can you tell me who I need to speak with to achieve this? The property is owned by a Veteran willing to work with us by allowing us to secure the land with $10,000 but selling asking price is $1.7 million. We will negotiate this down to approximately $1 million.

We are helping our economy and our Veterans. Immediately upon purchase of ranch approximately 200 jobs will be provided for Veterans and their families.

We will have Equine Therapy, Garden Therapy, Cattle and horse operations, dude ranch facilities are already in place.

Thank you for reading this and responding.

True Story Judgement House in Pinellas County, Fl

Time
Friday, November 4 at 7:00pm - November 6 at 8:00pm
Location
Lakeview Baptist Church
1430 Belleair Road
Clearwater, Florida

“Finally Forgiven” is a true story about John Hubbard, a 16 year old who was heading to school 31 years ago when he and his brother and two best friends were in a car accident that left 3 people dead. John Hubbard was the only survivor. John laid in traction for over 6 weeks recovering as the only survivor. John has carried this pain and guilt for 31 years. “Finally Forgiven” is John’s story of survival.

“It was important for me to share my story because I felt that many others could find their own freedom in hearing and seeing my story. I’ve carried a heavy burden for over 30 years and I’m starting to finally feel some freedom”, states John Hubbard, teary eyed and remembering so many details of that dreadful day.

This walk thru drama will take place in 9 different rooms where the audience is front and center in John’s life from the time he was a young boy. We learn about John’s abusive life growing up to his hardened heart shattering into pieces with the death of his brother and best friends.

John Hubbard lives in Clearwater Florida and is married to Sandi Hubbard and has 3 grown children. John is a Sheriff Deputy with Pinellas County for over 20 years.

Judgement House is a dramatic walk-through presentation about the truth of people’s choices and their consequences both in this life and the next. Presentation will be November 4, 2011 from 7pm-10pm; November 5, 2011 from 3pm-9pm and November 6, 2011 from 3pm-8pm and will be at Lakeview Baptist Church which is located at 1430 Belleair Road, Clearwater, Fl 33756 (727) 442-2661.

I am going to make it to one of them for sure. Please tell me what the cost is?

John Hubbard Suggested donation is $5. Noone is denied because of cost.

Dale Garman
Can't attend - but, it would be excellent if someone could videotape and share it with others, if video-taping is allowed.

John Hubbard Unfortunately the only video taping is for training other churches. Judgement House is copyrighted and trademarked.

Let’s Roll! ~ A New Horizons Computer Training Center along with Military Network offer you a ‘No Cost’ to you, formal IT training to certification opportunity.

One of the quickest paths to finding the job you want and getting it is to be recruited by the recruiters and head hunters, instead of chasing them. We’ll help shine you up and get you noticed. “Our Military Network members are really diamonds underneath all that blood, mud and gore – our function is to help shine them up.”

As stated in our social media profile and re-emphasizing our base mission, ‘Military Network evolved over time, to include other affiliated professionals assisting active duty, veterans and family members with resume preparation, training, housing, relocations, advising on VA benefit programs, homelessness, dependency, suicide, family break-down and physical and psychological issues and other issues as they are identified’. Military Network is now in a legal and formal joint venture with one of New Horizon’s Computer Training Centers and is enrolling Active Duty and Spouses of Active Duty, National Guard, Reservists, Air force, Army, Marines, Navy and Coast Guard, and Military Retirees and Veterans, Stateside and Overseas, in IT training to certification programs ‘at no cost to you’.

Many of you have already applied to this program; we’re processing your applications now; all 400+ of them; I ask all of you to help me get this notification out to the forces and recruit a couple of brother and/or sister warriors into this and we’ll be able to process thousands of you into this and similar opportunities. We begin with IT and move forward into other industries as we are able to. Update! some of you have graduated and received your certifications some are being enrolled this week, hundreds of you have new careers resultant from our programs and many of you have realized your dream careers via our Coaching and Mentoring Program. Salute!

A secret of these programs succeeding is that you are now a formal member of a society of warriors, a professional society, working together ~ succeeding together. Want to get involved? ~ Send us your details as specified below. Part of the process is computerized ~ errors will be rejected. Note: The Government screening process can take up to six weeks; we’ll help rush when we can.

Veteran Rescue Needs You!! Contact VA Gov andCongressmen

Let’s Go! Martial your pride and sympathy, your honor and empathy; your pledge and compassion! We call upon your service once more !

A young military brother or sister needs you. Combat wounds are still receding, limbs need replacing, a shocked mind needs gentling; spouses and children are confused and un-allayed…and yet…maintaining their strong will to survive & thrive, a Soldier, Airman, Sailor or Marine needs YOU!

Two hundred and thirty-five years ago, patriotic men and women declared victory for self-determination and governance in a New Nation, declaring, “All men are created equal”. One hundred and forty-six years ago, the muttered rattle of musketry dimmed and cannonade roars ceased as that New Nation stood aghast, pondering former conflicts. Thirty-seven years ago, a national outcry stoked fury and discord throughout this New Nation against men and women in arms returning to their homes from lands far
away; once again our national treasure returned home. Many were not heralded or scorned; worse, they were forgotten and ignored. To this very day, our wounded in body and spirit remain our National Treasure.

According to a recent article published in the Psychiatric Times, grooming and riding horses fosters recovery from mental illness. Benefits of Equine Therapy Animal-assisted therapy published in the Journal of the American Medical Association have shown evidenced-based efficacy in patients, including combat veterans, with PTSD, depression, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, conduct disorders, dissociative disorders and other chronic mental illnesses. With YOUR help, we will restore Self-
Confidence, Communication, Trust and Perspective. We will lower Suicide and Divorce rates; reduce Anxiety, decrease Isolation, and much more!

We are opening up Military Veteran ~ Rehab, Relaxation & Skills Training Dude Ranches around the country where you can foster solace, recovery and camaraderie to an individual Soldier, Airman, Sailor or Marine.

Please remember your own service and sacrifice; your own wounds and terrors. Your commitment and steadfastness against incredible odds earned our respect; they deserve no less. Our heartfelt gratitude to all and to those who lend a much-needed hand, our most honored Salute!

"We few, we happy few, we band of brothers. For he to-day that sheds his blood with me this day shall be my brother."

In order to become involved right now, visit the web site and see how you can help, become involved and interact with us as we help our own:

Ms Christi Hubbard leads this mission and our Military Network fully supports her in her endeavors. Once again, martial your pride and sympathy, your honor and empathy; your pledge and compassion and directly affect the recovery and well-being of returning wounded and their families.

Salute!

We will use these funds to secure the ranches listed here. We are beginning with Virginia as our new Corporate HQ once we secure the 127 acre ranch for $950,000. We need others to alert their government we can and will better their economic growth, tourism, and homeless Veterans. We will assist those with PTSD, ex-offenders reintegrated into society, and more. We will be housing approximately 12 Veterans permanently.

Thank you for all of your support and active help in letting others know about us.

I am the Owner of Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch Corp., and Owner of Animal Rescue & Veteran Support Services, Corp. (Veteran Rescue) a 501C3 (application pending) organization that is dedicated to transforming the lives of wounded Veterans through equine interaction. Both company organizations are in their infancy and is seeking capital funding and program sponsorships along with other assistance to initiate programming at four ranches that which will each employ approximately 50 people each. These programs will help heal wounded and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTD) affected vets through physical and psychological therapies accomplished on horseback, while providing a rescue for abandoned and mistreated horses and other animals. Intrinsically, these programs will provide a health service-based need to Military vets, government, public, and corporate agencies. All programs are operated or overseen by licensed professional therapists, and although they will have a focus on our veterans, they will also be open to anyone who would benefit from these types of therapies.

We have 107 acres on offer in Sumter County, Fl for $350,000 with an additional $1 million in building costs as a possible site for a southeast U.S. ranch to be established. We also have possible sites located for Killeen, Texas and Enumclaw, WA with 37 acre Equine Facility for $1.4 million along with Locust Grove, Va 127 acre Equine Facility purchase cost of $950,000.

Wildcat’s Sanctuary and Ranch is a start up Dude Ranch that offers other services such as Pet Sitting, Boarding, Training. Veteran Rescue is a start up Equine Therapy Ranch with Animal Rescue.

Instead of just living with PTSD and other deplorable stats regarding our Military Service men and women and other veterans help us to achieve our start up goal. Every year approximately 5000 active duty and veterans commit suicide, 30% of our veterans are unemployed, and 25% are homeless, with untold thousands hidden away in hospitals and other care facilities.

Following are ways in which you could help our mission and assure that these programs are launched in a timely manner and with sufficient infrastructure to sustain and expand this important programming:

• Land and ranch donation and Tax incentives
• One time monetary donation or Recurring monthly donations
• Donate items needed or Donate vehicle
• Use of State discretionary funding and Introduction to influential people

Please check out our websites: http://www.wildcatsanctuaryranch.com/ and http://www.veteranrescue.org/ . For further information or materials such as projected numbers, business plan with Pro Forma, ROI, Board of Advisors list, etc. please do not hesitate to contact me at 407-967-8341 or wildcatranch@hotmail.com or veteranrescue@gmail.com

I welcome all questions and thank you for taking the time to consider my request; I will be in contact with your office next week to follow up on this letter.

Let’s Go! Martial your pride and sympathy, your honor and empathy; your pledge and compassion! We call upon your service once more.

Let’s Go! Martial your pride and sympathy, your honor and empathy; your pledge and compassion! We call upon your service once more. http://www.wildcatsanctuaryranch.com

In order to become involved right now, visit the web site and see how you can help, become involved and interact with us as we help our own:

http://www.wildcatsanctuaryranch.com
http://veteranrescue.org/

Ms Christi Hubbard leads this mission and our Military Network fully supports her in her endeavors. Once again, martial your pride and sympathy, your honor and empathy; your pledge and compassion and directly affect the recovery and well-being of returning wounded and their families.

Salute!

It's That Time of Year again! SPRING CLEANING!

Pet lovers remember to think of your pets before beginning your prjects.

1. Pets will sniff, rub against and lick ANYTHING you leave lying around.
Most household products will KILL your beloved pet!

2. Pets have very sensitve noses too.
Open your windows, make sure you have good screens in them.
Open patio doors if the area is screened in so your pets don't escape.
Turn on ceiling fans to help air out the chemical smells.

3. If you have very small pets such as bunnies, hamsters, gerbils, mice....
Take them in their cages outside to avoid accidentally killing them with fumes.

4. Toilet cleaners that you just drop the tablet in the tank and go...
Close the toilet lid or your cat and dog will drink it and die.

5. Mineral Spirits smell good to your pet, as does Swifter floor cleaners.
These will kill your pet, contact they lick it off, poof..dead pet.

6. Vaccum Cleaners scare almost all pets with their noise.
Be prepared for your pet to run and dive under furniture at top speed.

Think before your begin cleaning. Take care. Prepare ahead of time.
Allow PLENTY OF TIME TO DRY AND AIR OUT before bringing small pets back inside.

I founded these 2 companies and operated both under 1 name until I added my Board of Directors and Advisors. While going through the 501c papers it was decided to incorporate them both from DBA registration. After filing our State papers we decided to separate our for profit activities from our non profit activities.

We welcome all feedback.

Lease to Own w/profit sharing and Contract for deeds...

Lease to Own w/profit sharing and Contract for deeds...If you know anyone willing to accept please connect us. I'm open to comments, suggestions, and questions...
Sample Contract for deed terms:

Ranch Offer

It works out great for all parties. The bank accepts these terms, then everyone gets guaranteed money. The bank must accept these terms as well so they know I will be making the payments instead of you.

The entire folio deeds in their entirety ___ acres mol.

Interest only payments of ___mo at 4% @ 10 years although we estimate the payoff to be inside 2 years. This gives us time to advertise, repair, and begin servicing clients. You get to retire and live comfortably without drawing it all out. You can be assured all animals will be well cared for and live comfortably.

An escrow account to be set up at the bank currently holding the mortgage for all parcels. All monthly payments will be made to the bank via the escrow account. This is non negotiable. You will be paid every month from this escrow account as will the bank. When the terms of the contract are satisfied the entire ranch transfers ownership to me. If in the event of a default the ranch is still yours. The bank can not foreclose on the ranch while it is in escrow. They are happy because payments are made regularly and on time to cover the terms of the mortgage.

There will be no money down to you as it all goes into the escrow account. You get paid regularly every month from this agreement. It's a WIN/WIN for everyone involved. Everyone who is living on the ranch is out at closing so I can come in and begin fixing, advertising, and assessing priorities.

Purchase price for ___ acres mol, includes easement if any. $___ total

First min payment due April 1, 2011, or 45 days after close, and thereafter Min monthly (interest only)

We are ready to begin drawing up the contract with these terms and ready to begin operating directly after closing. Closing can be when the bank accepts these terms and we open an escrow account at the bank holding the mortgage. All customers, clients and any money coming into the ranch after closing will belong to Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch.

Ranch updates

Lease Contracts for Ranch a possibility. If you know any people willing to lease their property for selected activities that support Veterans and may entertain a profit sharing partnership for the use of their land. Is that something you would entertain?

Please share if you are so inclined. I am indeed open to this option.

Also my website is now under construction. We're making drastic changes in it's looks, data, facts, background on team, etc. So please be patient. We are also adding a .org for the non profit activities.

Attention all Business Owners, This is for you.

Something new to try that helps us all.
http://wildcatranch.thecustomeradvantage.com

The company has not started yet. The best way to explain how it works is; When this is launched this month you will get coupons in your inbox that give huge discounts at local businesses. 50 to 90% off. This system is proven by a company called Groupon. They offer the coupons but they keep all the money. The Customer Advantage Pays out 5% five levels deep, which can ad up to a lot of money.

Plus you can set up your businesses on the site as well. If you do not own a physical business and it also works for non profits.

I am sitting back waiting for the opening of the business this month to see how it is going to work.

But I thought for free why not, and if they are going to send me coupons based on my zip code for discounts at different stores then why not.

What Is Soldier Ride?

Soldier Ride is a WWP initiative that provides rehabilitative cycling opportunities across the country to help wounded warriors restore their physical and emotional well-being. It’s also a wonderful opportunity for the public to participate in a cycling event that honors the men and women of our military who sacrificed so much. Soldier Ride offers the public a chance to ride alongside as our warriors promote their positive message of recovery. The event raises funds for WWP programs and initiatives that ensure this generation of wounded warriors is the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded warriors in our nation’s history.
