Business Plan preview, document on my Linkedin profile for interested vets and investors. Spread the word we're here to help vets!! Looking for funding for land.

Wildcat’s Sanctuary and Ranch Mission Statement

Wildcat’s Sanctuary and Ranch will be dedicated to transforming the lives of wounded U.S. Veterans through equine interaction and the saving of rescue horses in and around the United States. These programs will help heal wounded and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PSTD) affected vets through physical and psychological therapies accomplished on horseback, while providing a rescue for abandoned and mistreated horses and other animals. Intrinsically, these programs will provide a health service-based need to Military vets, government, public, and corporate agencies.

Vision Statement

Programs and Wildcat Ranches © will operate in Seattle, Washington, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Killeen, Texas and North Florida. We will be helping to heal our veterans who where wounded, those who are afflicted with PSTD and their families within those communities. This will be accomplished through equine therapy designed to reduce their symptoms; thereby, and hopefully originating lowering suicide rates while providing hope and independence to all people involved in our programs through equine encounter. At the same time, we will save rescue horses that are being abandoned in many of those areas through foreclosures and economic constraints, this melding of rescued horses and military personnel who served so well will serve us all as Americans.

Objectives

Short term objectives: We intend to purchase market depressed horse ranches, and with TLC and a lot of elbow grease from our teams of volunteers, renovate and upgrade them to double their initial market value within one year which will increase our 501 (c) 3 earned revenue and will allow us future investment capital to expand this effort. Each ranch will develop into self-sufficient working ranches. We’ll work with our realtors in finalizing renovations and upgrade goals for each property to ensure our ranches stay on the public and private ranch market horizons and assure our shareholders, clients and customers realize the enormity of our reputations and our services.

Long Term Objectives: Show Patriotism sponsoring events working with wounded military vets. Breed horses, show them, and sell them. Sell tack and accessories. Sell online products. Pet Sit/House Sit. Provide Security. Trail Rides, Boarding, and B&B guests. Attend shows and other events. Work with the neighboring towns/community. Put them to work. It’s a Win/Win situation. Heal our veterans and their families. Improve our economy, reduce veteran suicide and divorce rates.

Company Overview

Wildcat’s Sanctuary and Ranch is service needs based organization focused on helping primarily Military veterans and horse rescue along with other animals used in the healing experiences. We provide a legitimate and professional horse buying experience, virtually unavailable anywhere else. While also by providing a “1-Stop Shop” source for a complete line of products needed to support, care for, and enjoy their horse.

Seeking Funds

I am seeking Funding Options to Establish Farm Animal & Equinine Therapy Ranches for Veterans / (real working and animal boarding) Ranches Across the USA
Let’s not strategize or try to reinvent wheels. I’ve researched the various loan programs, established working relationships with various companies to not only assist veterans get into their own businesses but to fund the ranches with the residual profits & I’ve asked the philanthropy communities.

I receive a lot of nice words from people but so far, not one piece of advice has a chance of fruitation except advice from those who advise me to get rich first. I’ll go that route if I have too ~ but it’ll mean I have to give up assisting others and become really greedy for a while ~ and that’s a trap that’s really hard to escape from; I know, I did it.

Is anyone aware of any program or option that might work and is willing to get involved? I don’t have months for building relationships, selling my plan, going off towards the CV or Angel route, etc…

My partner is willing to give up part of her business to get this off the ground ~ and ~ we’ve already retained the services of a Veteran Owned and Managed Accounting company to assure everyone who gets involved that we’re viable and transparent.

Happy Holidays Everyone

Please reply to pec371@yahoo.com

Starbucks deserves to be boycotted!

To all you ex and serving Military personel out there please read and forward the mail below.
We don't have to patronise this firm - the choice is yours

We know some of us enjoy Starbucks coffee but Recently, British Royal Marines
in Iraq wrote to Starbucks because they wanted to let them
know how much they liked their coffees, and to request that
they send some of it to the troops there.

Starbucks replied, telling the Royal Marines thank you
for their support of their business, but that Starbucks does
NOT

support the war, nor anyone in it, and that they would
not send the troops their brand of coffee.

So as not to offend Starbucks, maybe we should support them by NOT buying any of their products! I feel we should get this out in the open. I know this
war on terror might not be very popular with some folks, but that
doesn't mean we don't support the boys on the ground, fighting street-to-street and, house-to-house. If you feel the same as I do then please pass this along. Thanks very much for your support. I know you'll all be there again to support us when we deploy once more.
Sgt. Howard Wright, 1Platoon, Recon Company, Royal Marines
PLEASE BE KIND
ENOUGH AND DON'T DELETE THIS... BUT PLEASE

PASS TO EVERYONE ON YOUR E- MAIL LIST, IN MEMORY OF ALL
THE TROOPS WHO HAVE BEEN WOUNDED, LOST LIMBS AND EVEN DIED,
SO THAT WE MAY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE !

Also, please don't forget that when the Twin Trade Towers
were hit, the fire fighters and rescue workers went to
Starbucks because it was close by for water for the
survivors and workers, and Starbucks CHARGED THEM!!!

AN ADDED NOTE TO THIS: STARBUCKS HAD STORES ON SEVERAL
MILITARY BASES IN THE UNITED STATES. THEY ARE NOW BEING
REMOVED BECAUSE OF THIS.

There are 227 Starbucks stores across the UK, and there's
no doubt that our soldiers would get the same response from
this company, so let us do our bit and boycott Starbucks
to show them how despicable their actions are We shall leave it up to you Best wishes

Real Estate land deal

Hi I need your assistance to get my ranches operating by January 2011 for the vets.

I am looking for leads to any real estate land owner, preferably a horse ranch for sale with buildings on it. I'm looking for an owner willing to deal, royalty financing or donate land in exchange for shares of the business, or willing to sell us the land and wait a year or two for payments to begin. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.

My investors require a working horse ranch to show them. I can't get a bank financed business loan to purchase the land.

My business plan is available on my Linkedin Profile, as are the projected profit numbers.

I ask you to connect me with anyone that is willing to make a deal with me to see my ranch operating by 2011.

Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Christi Hubbard

Our honor to Help You

Dear Veterans / Troops ~ Do you have an Entrepreneurial Spirit?

We are Vets and Civilians alike building this up for you and yours, it is our honor.

We established a special veteran business division with a leading national Energy Company, 'Affordable Energy', as a means of affording you a way to be in business today without out of pocket expense to you. The kicker is, you can immediately learn and earn if you lock arms with your Recruiter.

This is a way you can
help our country reduce energy costs in the markets,
afford other vets you know or may hear about, a means of owning their own business,
make an impact by helping our own ~ our veterans,
forge a new and exciting lifestyle for yourself.

There's complete training, your own professional web presence and no startup fees. We've partnered with their corporate executive team to ensure you the veteran / military members are supported and given the best opportunity to succeed. A special 'Corporate 2 Veteran' program was created and is completely backed by us at Military Network and Wildcats Sanctuary and Ranch to accomplish the above.

Our market secret is: the entire market is already out there waiting for us to approach them. We don't want you to have to go it alone. We had each other's backs while in uniform; let's cover each other in business. While the world is scrambling to build up their professional networks via the social or professional networking media Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc...; we already have one ~ we're all military or former military. That's a powerful society to belong to ~ not just anyone gets in.

We truly see this as a grass roots movement to see our Veteran’s (and their families) helping fellow Veterans and their families that desire to change the economy for everyone.

We are seeking 500 Elite Force Members as well as the Ground Troops in all major cities across the Nation to implement this Movement with haste and purpose.

1 If you are interested in being an Elite Force Member managing your City and or State, please reply back with “ELITE FORCE MEMBER” in the subject line along with your name, contact information, branch of the service, your status and geographic territory where you reside. We will contact you to arrange a Private Interview.

Briefly describe how you envision bringing this Movement to other Veteran’s in your region.

2 If you prefer to be an integral part of the Group Troops, rather than an Elite Force Member, please reply back with “GROUND TROOPS” in the subject line along with your name, contact information, branch of the service, your status and geographic territory where you reside. We will contact you to arrange a Private Interview.

Briefly describe how you envision bringing this Movement to other Veteran’s in your region.

We look forward to scheduling special time with you in whatever capacity you wish to proceed.

The Inner Circle Culture is one of fostering support to those who unexpectedly need it or simply have a passion for energy conservation and being a part of the $5T+ Energy Industry.

USAF Seven Summits Challenge Team Reaches Antarctica]

USAF Seven Summits Challenge Team Reaches Antarctica]

My Ranch profits and we grow the Economy the Healthy Way!

This should help clear things up: Answers to some FAQ about business model used for Affordable Energy. Affordable Energy pays 8 ways to you. My Ranch profits from it.
So yes clicking the link and joining as either an Associate, non profit, or customer pays Mike if using http://www.affordableenergy.com/milnet link, pays my ranch if using http://www.affordableenergy.com/wildcatranch link. I value my reputation and that of my ranch as does Mike. I would NOT put it on the line if I found ANYTHING "hinky" going on. BTW another Military vet, National hero, is also putting his reputation on the line for his ranch. We can't all be wrong. We have researched this company.

* Schemes do not pay profit sharing bonuses.

* Schemes do not reward an individual for hard work, they take from the bottom to pay the top with direct monies received from those individuals, here all monies are paid directly from Affordable Energy.

* a Pyramid Scheme, you can never make more money than the person above you, with Affordable Energy, you can make money based on your effort.

* cannot use a pyramid scheme as a tax write-off with affordable, you have a business and legitimate tax write-offs

1. Affordable Energy has a compensation model close to a Franchise model

We TOTALLY agree, the Inner Circle Culture IS NOT one of ‘get rich quick’. This takes serious individuals that believe in themselves and the Entrepreneurial spirit.

We trust your judgment in crafting your own ‘catch phrases’ as you create intrigue with people. If the people you attract authentically want to earn a good living without a cap on earnings; it is crucial they work WITH US CLOSELY so as to preserve the IC reputation and show others how effective our methods are.

As you have well stated, too many ‘scams’ out there and we have no tolerance for being in that category.

In a Pyramid Scheme the person on bottom has no chance of making more money than the person above him. In this case and in the case of Quixtar if the person on bottom is doing more work, in the case Affordable Energy gathering more customers and associates, he's making more than the person above him.

In Quixtar, a global company operating over 20 years, if the person on bottom is charging more or selling multiples of the high end products, he's making more than the person above him. In both companies the model is NOT a get rich quick.

Thank you

Well wishes

I have been receiving from quite a few people in the Veteran community, some active most retired, well wishes thanking me for all that I've done for them. I personally don't feel worthy of those accolades until my ranches are operating and I'm truly helping them.

But I appreciate the emails all the same because it means my message and name is getting to the ones who will be using my ranches.

I knew I could never do this by myself, it's because of all of you that the word is spreading!

So I thank you as well.

Our market secret is; our market is already out there waiting for us to approach them. We don’t want you to have to go it alone. We had each other’s backs while in uniform; let’s cover each other in business. While the world is scrambling to build up their professional networks via the social or professional networking media Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc...; we already have one ~ we’re all military or former military. That’s a powerful society to belong too ~ not just anyone gets in.

Hi,
I’m Michael Perry, retired Air Force. During the past several years, I’ve managed a social/professional networking group of veterans on LinkedIn called Military Network. I brought together veterans and active military with their family members and friends with ‘Military Friendly’ Recruiters and Staffing Professionals. I invite you to join us at: http://www.linkedin.com/groups?mostPopular&gid=59436

Over the past several months, I’ve negotiated a special program for those of you interested in owning and running your own business. In cooperation with a national energy company; we’ll get you set up and running within days.

Background:
The Energy Industry that controls the rates for Electric and Natural Gas is a regulated industry. Texas deregulated 8 years ago. New York deregulated 2 years ago. All 50 states will be deregulated by February. It has just been opened up for other markets to compete for the customers business as far as the rates go. Remember those gas stations you pass, one is 2 cents cheaper so you use it right? Same thing you want to lower your electric and natural gas bills right?

Now if you currently live in Texas for up to 51% savings or New York up to 7% savings where the public has been given a publicized choice as to what rates they pay; their service provider stays the same, emergency contact numbers stay the same, and nothing changes for them except they get a lower bill and you receive a rebate check every month.

For every residential and commercial business customer you sign on board that goes with us at: https://www.affordableenergy.com/milnet, they will get a guaranteed up to 7% reduction in New York in their bill plus a rebate check every month. In Texas it’s a guaranteed up to 51% reduction they can guarantee it for up to 5 years. When you sign on that customer to do this, you will receive a monthly check and a bonus. The bigger the electric bill you help them save on, the bigger your monthly check. All customer bonuses are cumulative. If you get 25 active customers to sign up with you, you also get an expense account that gives you some additional income each month.

On average a residential customer nets a $5/mo check, a small business (mom and pop) customer nets $25/mo check, and a large business owner customer nets $2000+/mo check. Non profits, churches, the laundry store, everyone has an electric bill. You have the opportunity to help them all. A business for you and there are no limits.

Your customers realize a lowered utility bill and we’re all growing our economy the healthy way.

We’ll get you started today so please join me at: http://www.linkedin.com/groups?mostPopular&gid=59436

Scroll down to the Veteran’s button to begin. Email us if you have questions or concerns; we’re here to help and if we don’t have an answer; the experts at our partner company do.

Raising money for our Ranches to help our Communities

This is helps us build the ranches within months instead of years.

Since most hiring managers are using the work “NO” so often ~ let’s solve the problem ourselves.I need a few aggressive entrepreneurial spirited individuals in NY and Texas who want to work from home, want to own and manage their own business right now, don’t want to pay anything up front for it, want a complete corporate support and training team behind them, want a complete veterans support team behind them, and want to start working today/tonight ~ next week.

I’ve been working with the managers of a company to forge a veteran (military, guard, reserve, retired, spouses, family members too) specific opportunity that veteran’s can begin working at immediately. This is truly unique in that, the company is now able and willing to back you up with complete training and tools as well as a complete corporate support element (back office) and we’re going to continue to back you up through other veterans who want to support you, others who are passionate about supporting veterans and all the abilities of our group and our networks.

This opportunity is open to everyone interested.

Glenn Beck is Prepared, are you?

Be Prepared: An Introduction to Food Storage

November 19, 2010 - 1:30 ET

In the age of the 24 hour supermarket, food storage may seem like a crazy concept. But economic forces are converging in such a way that skyrocketing food prices no longer seem like a possibility, more and more they appear to be an impending certainty. While Glenn could be wrong about inflation, there’s no harm in being prepared. Don’t be the person holding up a sign looking for help, be the person with a life raft. Look at the information on food storage and decide what’s best for you and your family.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

- No refrigeration, plan for emergency assuming no electricity.

- Be nutritious, there may be some more physical activity required (ie. Blizzard requires more shoveling)

- Keep calorie count

FOOD

- Recommend you start with 2 week supply of food
- Good no-cook food items

- Energy bars / breakfast bars
- Almonds
- Peanut butter
- Tuna packages
- Canned pasta
- Dried fruit / canned fruit
- Dry milk
- Instant coffee
- V-8 juice

- Plan around the way you already eat.

- Build around 3 categories of food

- Grocery store goods: often inexpensive, and it’s all familiar stuff. (i.e. mac & cheese)
- Freeze dried foods: lightweight and don’t take up much room. more expensive up front, but priced out per serving, it’s budget friendly.
- Bulk dry food: rice, beans, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, cornmeal, wheat, dried milk, etc. It will be the backbone of your food storage and last up to 20-30 years.

- Don’t stock up on it unless you know you like it.

- Look at ingredients. You don’t want something high in sodium or preservatives

- Pay attention to shelf life. Take a look at package, can. Soup doesn’t need water and can store this for a few years. Plastic bags and cardboard boxes – 1 yr max

WATER

- Easiest way to store is by using cleaned out 2 liter soda bottles. You can easily clean out with hot water, drop of soap. Rinse thoroughly. That type of plastic is safe for storage.

- Recommend 2 liter soda bottle / per person / per day. For consumption and washing.

- If a situation where water is an issue, be sure to have stash of paper plates & freeze dried meals.

- If you can heat water, then at least you can enjoy a hot meal (i.e. mac & cheese, pasta, soup)

STORAGE

- 5 main enemies to storing food

- Temperature: ideal is 40 degrees - 72 degrees. For every 18 degrees above 72, food will lose its’ nutritional value by half
- Humidity: Store food off the floor and away from outside walls
- Pests: Keep food in air-tight containers clean up food particles on the shelves or floor
- Oxygen: Use oxygen absorbers, rotate food, vacuum packing food to reduce oxidation
- Light: Keep your pantry area dark. If food is in clear containers, keep them in labeled boxes with lids.

- Look for places where can you declutter (I have water bottles stored under my kids’ beds)

- You can store food in bin under a bed, clear out space in closet and designate a shelf.

- I recommend pieces of furniture that can double as storage. (i.e. Bench that opens up with a storage component – especially good for small homes)

- Store in a place that you won’t be dipping into constantly.

NON-FOOD ITEMS

- Items like toilet paper, can be bulky but it can be stored in garage, attic, shed, etc. moisture will affect it but temperature won’t.
- Non-food items, purposefully 1-2 weeks supply
- Go through entire day and jot down every non-item used. Soap, shampoo, contact solution, etc. buy extras of those.
- Keep easily organized in buckets (i.e. dental, laundry, etc.)
- Give serious consideration to how your family will cope when power is down. Communication, entertainment, What would we do to take care of pets? Keep things cool in the home, etc?

As to our timeline we are looking at January 2011 for our ranches to be operational if all the funding goes well. Right now we're looking for horse ranches to buy, or have donated to us.

We are applying for grants and welcome all donations. We also have 45% of our company shares for sale at each ranch location at $5000 per share.

We are also looking to hire veterans who are interested in working the ranch and we are considering building another home just to house our workers.

We are looking to engage the newly elected politicians eye and let the nation know about us and what we're aiming to do.

Wildcat’s Sanctuary and Ranch
Mission Statement

Wildcat’s Sanctuary and Ranch will be dedicated to transforming the lives of wounded Veterans through equine interaction.

We will be operating out of 4 different states: Seattle, Washington, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Killeen, Texas and North Florida. We will be helping heal our veterans and their families by reducing stress, lowering suicides, and giving hope and independence back to them.
Objectives

Short term objectives: We intend to purchase market depressed horse ranches, and with TLC and a lot of elbow grease from our teams of volunteers, renovate and upgrade them to double their initial market value within 1 year; thus doubling our shareholders investment values on property alone; plus we intend to develop them into self-sufficient working ranches.

Military Network joins forces with Wildcat's ~

Military Network joins forces with Wildcat's ~
Since 2007, the Military Network has been a social and professional media site where military people connect with civilian recruiters and staffing professional and are able to communicate their mutual needs and desires concerning members employment activities, plans and goals and where the staffing industry has been able to target their position descriptions, browse profiles of members and instantly communicate with them.

While often working from sunset to sunrise; sometimes crawling to the computer room; too often making whoppers of pain medication induced mistakes and errors, I’ve kept doing exactly what I set out to do; I’ve made wonderful friends on the group; some enemies but all who’ve helped me, too saw the vision, the passion and the results.

For years, Christi Hubbard with Wildcat’s Sanctuary and Ranch has provided not only TLC to wayward, forgotten and ill-treated animals; cats, dogs, horses, too many to count; and quite often, her Wildcat snarl and threat of a rush to attack to those under who’s responsibility those animals suffered.

Christi’s also been a silent but strong and faithful supporter toward our sorrowful military veteran and active duty community; finding homes for special pets left behind, penning status emails to owners suddenly deployed and taking that lonely crying wreck under her wings, giving them hope and attention, advice and love.

Military Network and Wildcat’s now join forces ~ and we need your assistance ~ not help or advice and especially not your money or even a large amount of your time.

Prelude ~ we are not seeking any money from you ~
To begin, we are establishing large horse ranches in 4 or 5 regions of the country where we’ll be operating real working ranches and targeting our veteran communities to let them know about us and our offerings.

We’ll be providing ranch products and services and veteran focused services with more as we grow. Many of our services and products will be at cost to you when you participate but at rates much lower than you will find at non-veteran focused ranches and some of our services are available at no charge.

Professional animal boarding, care, preventive and emergency medical access & visitation along with riding & veteran focused event opportunities
Professional equine interactive therapy programs for veteran’s with health, mental and/or social disorders
Animal ownership and animal time share ownership opportunities (if you think you cannot afford a horse ~ come talk with us)
Animal accessories, memento’s, gear, tack and care products
Equine Show & Event attendance opportunities & Private Equine training courses
Special Events, Guest Speakers, Facility Rentals, Sponsored Events and Company/Corporate Ranch Rentals for Specific Events
Veteran Pre-Employment Skill Development Courses
Veteran Pre-Employment Confidence Building Courses
Veteran Social & Professional Network Building Courses

If you are interested, please send your emails to pec371@gmail.com and to Christi Hubbard at wildcatsanctuaryranch@gmail.com

Feel free to repost on other social and professional networking sites and/or send to your friends and associates who might also be interested.

Looking for a pro bono assistant turned paid employee. Patience is a must.
Military Network, LLC and Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch partnered up and are now looking for pro bono assistance from someone who loves to work in an office and loves animals. We give veterans preference. This position is located in Florida.

We'll need a couple computer savy assistants to post all the jobs out, (I have access to over 100 different military related sites ~ most of which already have job boards), get the vets the correct application forms, keep computer files for each vet, and stay in contact with our vendors.

Christi Hubbard:I was raised on 10 acres w/lots of animals and have been actively caring for a variety of pets since I was a small child. We at Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch always give 100% sweat equity to any endeavor we do. We play and work well both as a team and as individuals. We don't let little things such as pain and blisters and skin ripped off our fingers, hands, and feet stop us. We persevere and get the job done.

Mike Perry and Military Network, LLC :He started up the Military Network to help vets network with military friendly recruiters and staffing professionals while he was giving care to someone and while he was recovering from his broken neck. He’s evolved the company over from a purely voluntary service to a money maker ~ and just partnered with Christi Hubbard in order to provide more services to more vets than we can do alone. He developed relationships across the nation with vets, others assisting vets, recruiters and staffing people, hiring people, etc………. Now, he’s building the company up to assist vets during their transition back to civilian life, assist them gaining some pre-employment skills and getting them networked out to the people who will hire them.

I’ve always been a take charge type of person and have always balanced my career, my professional growth and my life in such a way that I raised two boys; one of whom is enlisting in the Navy now; that I contributed to the companies I was honored to be a part of and I was able to realize one of my dreams and begin and manage my animal care business ~ for which I’ll always be thankful to my clients, my providers, my workers and everyone who helped me along the way.

I now live another dream of helping others; particularly military members, their families, and government workers to "Pay it Forward" to borrow Marcus Luttrell's term. I’ve been honored to be named as an active and contributing member for the Military Network and keep busy with active duty as well as retired military members.http://milnet.webs.com/

Salute Everyone as I begin another phase of my life.

Specialties: Making and keeping friends, learning new ideas and ways of doing things and always assisting those around me who need assistance. My specialties in the animal business is keeping newborns alive with intense love and care. I also heal the injuries of feral animals and family pets as best I can, see to it they get veterinarian care, their vaccinations, and plenty of food. I also teach dog obedience as part of my skills. I rescue abandoned animals, care for them, help them look their best, alter them, and adopt them out to loving homes. No animal should live their lives in fear and in a cage.

Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch selling stock options

My current idea to help others in the community locally in 4 different areas.
Vets get preference. Feedback please!!

I'm thinking of asking for multiple people "buy in" (selling stock ownership of
a company) for a portion of the ranch to own. For example, you pay $5000 you own
5% of the ranch and get 5% of the profits. I will retain 60% of ownership. Ranch
managers will live on property rent & utility free, all food provided free.

I plan to operate in 4 states: Fl, Tx, WA,Va this means 4 properties with
horses, dogs, obstacle courses, etc. Properties will differ in size. I will
start with 1 piece of property until a healthy profit is consistent and then buy
another piece of property in one of the other states, until full implementation
of business plan has been achieved.

I will charge for activities provide to public and all activities to vets are
free, government and big business corporations will pay premium for ranch
bookings to have ranch closed to public and have picnics, etc.

What do you think? I welcome all feedback. Is this something you would want in
your area? Are there too many non profits with the same general idea floating
around? What would it take for you to back this kind of business? Let's
brainstorm this idea and get results happening for our vets and their families.

The simplest solution for selling private stocks is to approach the issuing
company and to inquire about what other investors did to liquidate their stakes.
Some private companies may have buyback programs, which allow investors to sell
their shares back to the issuing company. Private companies may also be able to
provide leads about current shareholders or new investors who have expressed
interest in buying the company's shares.

After an investor manages to find a buyer for the stocks, it is suggested that
he or she visit a securities lawyer in order to finish off the paperwork because
although private stocks are not registered with the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC), all SEC regulations involving selling stocks must still be
followed. Failure to comply with all relevant regulations may result in civil,
administrative or even criminal penalties.

What is happening now with Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch

Thank you Mike for your wonderful inspiration!! I am currently getting some videos together of past and current clients. Maybe add some family ones as well.

On a personal note: As you know my vehicle was recently burglarized and the insurance company has finally decided to pay for all items stolen, not just the 2 they were prepared to pay immediately. My family also brought attention to the corrupt officers that had targeted my family due to our living status. Lawsuits are pending. The Navy confirmed they were still going to accept my son this October due to a few recommendations he received. I have been helping, with my other son's help in Texas, to find a home for a military family's dog there. His friends have also been a tremendous help to me.

On a business note: I have been building my business with grass roots efforts for the past 3 years. I have over 30 years experience with pet sitting, house sitting, sales, customer service.

I believe that our pets are loved in our homes and families and should receive the same considerations when looking for a sitter. I run my business on my own and maintain all my websites and social media outlets.

My dad was in the Marines and fought in Korean War. Half of my family is in the military. I get to live my dream of helping others particularly military members, their families, and government workers to "Pay it Forward" to borrow Marcus Luttrell's term.

I look forward to helping you too. Ask for the Best, Ask for Wildcat!

Specialties:
My specialties in the animal business is keeping newborns alive with intense love and care. I also heal the injuries of feral animals and family pets as best I can, see to it they get veterinarian care, their vaccinations, and plenty of food. I also teach dog obedience as part of my skills. I rescue abandoned animals, care for them, help them look their best, alter them, and adopt them out to loving homes. No animal should live their lives in fear and in a cage.

Thank you so much for all your encouragement and care. Corey, Melissa I know you helped him, you're very creative, Matt always ready to help with the websites, Mark you were such a big help to me networking and passing out business cards everywhere you went, Keith, Robert, Mike you always know how to keep my spirits up, AJ, Martin...Mom you are totally the best!! Thank you Reno for your honest assessment of my business last year.

She noticed a distinct lack in her area for critters when the owners went on vacation and boarded them at a vet where the majority of their time is spent in a cage. Who wants to stay in a cage all day? No one! She is experienced in handling horses, stallions too, bunnies, ferrets, cats, dogs, birds, hamsters, and gerbils.

Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch Designs

Let's Look at the designs so far for my ranch:

Land to be purchased: 50-100 acres.

Completely fenced in.

Obstacle Course built. Navy Seal Course. Military Specs. Corporate and community friendly. 3 different courses designed to be fun and yet challenging.

Multiple cabins: 2BR/2Ba and 1 BR/1 BA: Cabins to be blend in with surroundings in woods, not to be seen until right up on them.

Homestead, 2 or 3 story complete with garage, library, game room, gym, jacuzzi, pool, fireplaces.

Barns: 12-24 stalls

Round pens:

Security cameras, lasers, CCTV, guards...

Hire employees for working horse ranch and therapists to work with wounded in our care.

We at Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch always give 100% sweat equity to any endeavor we do. We persevere and get the job done. My moniker "Wildcat" partially came by the fact I have a gift and can catch and hold any animal whether feral or domestic. Regardless of bites and claws. Partially my name came from my fighting techniques in the police academy. I can hand raise babies that were abandoned, sick or just taken too soon from their mother to ensure their health and well being. I will barter my services for help building the ranch and purchasing the property.

Wildcat's Sanctuary and Ranch is 100% dedicated to you and your loved one!
